Apparel printing in Montréal

Your colours, printed without compromise. Posted prices, no minimum, no setup fees.

From$23

When the logo deserves every colour.

Some artwork is beyond what embroidery can do. A gradient, a photo, a twelve-colour illustration, a large print on the back. Thread has its limits; print has far fewer.

We use digital transfers applied with a heat press. The artwork is printed, then pressed into the fabric. Soft to the touch, true colours, no limit on the number of colours. And because there’s no screen to prepare and no logo to digitize, printing has no setup fees. One piece costs the price of one piece.

Our printing prices

One printed design, one position, price per piece, taxes extra.
PieceUnit price
Slim-fit T-shirt$23
Heavyweight T-shirt$26
Cap$27
Long sleeve$35
Polo$38
Crewneck$45
Hoodie$50

No setup fees

Unlike embroidery, printing needs no digitizing. Your file goes straight to production. There’s nothing to pay before the first piece.

What brings the price down

From 25 pieces, the discount applies on its own: 5% from 25 to 49 pieces, 10% from 50 to 99, 15% from 100.

One exception

Beanies can’t be printed. Acrylic warps under the press. For a beanie, it’s embroidery, at $30.

What printing makes possible

Every colour, no extra charge

A two-colour logo costs the same as a fifteen-colour illustration. Screen printing charges per colour; we don’t.

Large formats

A full-back design, a wide chest print, a full sleeve. Where embroidery gets heavy and expensive, print stays soft.

Detailed artwork

Photos, gradients, textures, fine lines, small type. What thread can’t follow, ink can.

Small runs

No screen to prepare, so no fixed cost to absorb. Five pieces make as much sense as five hundred.

Preparing your file

The full guide

What works best

A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) or an image of at least 300 dpi at actual print size.

What causes trouble

A logo pulled from a website, a screenshot, an image enlarged from a small size. Under the press, blurry edges stay blurry.

The background

Artwork with no background, as a transparent PNG, always prints better than artwork sitting on a white square.

Printing or embroidery: how to choose

Go with printing for detailed artwork, multiple colours, large formats and projects where budget matters. It costs $4 to $8 less per piece and has no setup fees.

Go with embroidery for simple logos, small areas and pieces you want to last for years.

One order can combine both. Embroidered polos for the sales team, printed T-shirts for the event.

Frequently asked questions

How much does apparel printing cost in Montréal?

At Maison Brody, from $23 for a T-shirt to $50 for a hoodie, printed design included, with no setup fees.

Do you do screen printing?

No. We use digital transfers with a heat press. Screen printing pays off at very high volumes with few colours; under a few hundred pieces, transfers cost less and allow every colour.

Is there a minimum order?

No. We print from a single piece.

Does the print peel in the wash?

Not if it’s applied properly and washed inside out, in cold water, without a hot dryer. Care instructions come with every order.

Can you print a cap?

Yes, on the front, at $27. Embroidery is still the most common finish on caps.

What’s the production time?

5 to 7 business days from proof approval.

Send the file. We’ll handle the rest.

Pick the piece, upload your artwork, see the price. If your file has a problem, we tell you before printing, not after.
