The clock starts at approval
Production takes 5 to 7 business days from proof approval, not from the order. The clock starts when you approve the mock-up.
Why? Because we don’t embroider or print anything without your approval. Between the order and the approval, there may be some back and forth: a logo to adapt, a placement to adjust. The faster you reply, the sooner production starts.

Delivery
We deliver anywhere in Québec. Shipping is billed at actual cost, with no markup: you pay what the carrier charges us, no more, no less. You get the tracking number when the order ships, with the estimated transit time.

Pickup at the workshop
You can pick up your order at the workshop, 9150 rue Meilleur in Montréal, by appointment. We’ll write as soon as it’s ready to set a time. It’s free.
For an event, plan three weeks
One week for the proof and its approval, a week and a half for production, a few days for delivery, and some margin for the unexpected. Three weeks before the date is comfortable. Two weeks is doable if you approve the proof quickly. Less than that, go through a quote request so we can check before you order.
